I've taken my car in twice now and they are wonderful about thoroughly explaining what needs to be done and breaking down pricing (which is reasonable). The people that run the shop are very nice and they get the repairs done quickly. Compared to dealerships, they don't try to do more work than necessary and compared to other repair shops, they take the repairs seriously even if it's not an expensive fix. I highly recommend them.
