Pretend healthy, it's a nice change from the usual fast food chain, but not as healthy as it appears to be. The "Muscle Builder" smoothie I was about to get that contained peanut butter as protien also said it had omega 3, my boyfriend pointed out the container sitting on the counter, a giant sized regular Skippy which is loaded with an omega amount of hydrogenated oils and sugar. I changed my direction to avoid that and ordered the "Mango Magic" which was not bad but again let down by the lack of fresh fruit use when I saw it sitting in the bins, the starberries came out of a liquid which made me fear they'd been soaking in sugar water or HFCS, and most of the rest of the mix came from juices. It didn't tast horrible but definitely not healthy.
